About the Recipe

I remember eating this at weekend market, You can smell the fritters from far away cooked in hot boiling oil and it's very cheap. I always make this for my family because it's easy, quick and we have a lot of Cangkuk Manis near our house, Click image for full recipe.


  • Sayur Cangkuk Manis (it's quite pricey at supermarket nowadays)

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Flour


  1. Mix flour with water until it smooth and watery. 

  2. Put salt and sugar to taste. 

  3. Heat the oil and use the spoon, scoop the batter mix and  fry it until golden crispy.
